Yoga is the best way to recharge, to spend time deeply and truly with yourself, it’s the healthiest way to move and to connect with your nervous system and wellness. When done in nature – it brings amazing experiences, the feeling of freshness, and pure happiness.
After the class, we will slowly drink a tasty ayrvedic yoga tea and discuss some interesting issues of yoga.
Where: Taiga forest or Saimaa sandy shore or 1,9 million years old bedrock
Level: Normal condition for moving around in nature
Equipment: suitable dress for walking and yoga
Duration: 2 hours (1-hour yoga+ teat time+ hiking)
